Atlas International Premium is a comprehensive travel medical insurance plan designed for individuals traveling outside their home country, excluding the United States. Both U.S. citizens and non-U.S. citizens are eligible for coverage outside their home country. The policy is available for a minimum of 5 days up to a maximum of 364 days and can be extended or renewed. The minimum age for coverage is 14 days old.

The Atlas International Premium plan provides maximum coverage options ranging from US$50,000 to US$2,000,000 for the life of the plan, along with deductible choices from US$0 to US$5,000 per certificate period. After the deductible is satisfied, the plan pays 100% of eligible expenses up to the overall maximum limit. The plan also offers coverage for the acute onset of pre-existing conditions for individuals below 80 years of age.

The Atlas International Premium plan covers unexpected illness or injury, emergency medical evacuation, and other travel-related benefits. COVID-19 is covered like any other eligible medical condition that occurs after the effective date of the policy.
