INF PREMIER PLUS X

The INF Premier PlusX Plan is a travel medical Insurance plan for visitors to the United States, Canada and Mexico or anywhere outside their home country which provides benefits for wellness such as full body physicals, immunizations, and routine bloodwork. The plan is available to non-US residents aged 0 to 99 years old traveling to the US, Canada, or Mexico when purchased before the start date of your trip for at least 90 days and not more than 364 days. The Premier PlusX Plan comes with UHC PPO Network offering excellent repricing of covered claims. INF Premier PlusX Plan is not available to US residents and is only available to non-US residents INF Premier PlusX Plan provides coverage for pre-existing conditions as defined in the plan, as per policy limitations, exclusions and maximums, with no benefit waiting period. In addition to accident and sickness benefits, the INF Premier PlusX plan includes eligible emergency medical evacuation benefits, repatriation of remains benefits, and accidental death and dismemberment benefits.
