  • What does OSK Protect America insurance cover?

    The plan covers unexpected illnesses and injuries including hospitalization, doctor visits, outpatient treatment, emergency medical evacuation, and other eligible travel medical expenses.

  • Who is eligible for OSK Protect America insurance?

    The plan is available for travelers aged 15 days to under 99 years who are traveling outside their home country and meet the policy eligibility requirements.

  • Can I purchase insurance after arriving in the destination country?

    Yes, but sickness coverage will be subject to a 7-day waiting period. Accident coverage begins immediately after submission of the health attestation form.

  • Does the plan cover pre-existing conditions?

    The plan covers acute onset of pre-existing conditions only. Coverage applies to sudden and unexpected flare-ups requiring immediate medical attention within 24 hours of symptoms appearing.

  • Can I cancel the OSK Protect America plan?

    You may cancel the policy before the effective date for a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee. After 30 days, a prorated refund may apply if no claims have been filed.
